We'll cover:

  1.   What do we spend each month?
  2.   Does our church's bank balance match my numbers?
  3.   How do I project those expenses out for a year?
  4.   What is income and how does that fit in our budget?
  5.   How do I make sure our church has enough cash at the end of month and year?

Each step will help you find your footing if you are new to the role of Treasurer, Finance Chair, or anyone who needs help building a church budget from scratch. Join us!
