This core area focuses on three priorities: 1) Equipping, supporting and connecting local churches for missions of mercy (direct service) in their local communities, across the NIC  and beyond.  2) Equipping, supporting and connecting local churches for justice (systemic change) work in their local communities, across the state and beyond. 3) Advocating diversity, inclusiveness, and cultural competency.
