Volunteer at AC 2026

We need check-in volunteers, ushers, guides, information desk volunteers, and more to provide hospitality to our guests as well as help the Annual Conference run smoothly and efficiently. 

We need volunteers for the whole time, a day or even part of a day. You can choose to volunteer for as many times and roles as you would like to. No previous experience is necessary. 

Volunteers need to be at least 16 and cannot be Members of Annual Conference (voting members).

Those interested in Volunteering should fill out the Volunteer form by May 4.

Volunteers must also register. Registration opens April 1. There is no cost for registration, except on Monday, when registration is $25 for those interested the box lunch.

Areas where VOLUNTEERS are NEEDED

  • Check-In Desk Volunteers
    Check-in desk volunteers assist with welcoming participants and guests by distributing nametags and conference materials. They help ensure a smooth and organized arrival experience and serve as an important first point of contact during the event.
  • Guides
    Guides help direct participants and guests throughout the venue by providing directions, answering basic questions, and assisting with wayfinding. Their presence helps attendees feel confident navigating the space.
  • Scooter Runners
    Scooter runners assist with the distribution and return of mobility scooters for participants who need them. This role helps ensure accessibility and supports a smooth, respectful experience for all attendees.
  • Information Desk Volunteers
    Information desk volunteers provide general hospitality by answering questions, offering directions, and assisting participants and guests with schedules, locations, and other event-related needs.
  • Worship Ushers
    Worship ushers serve during worship services by welcoming attendees, assisting with seating, distributing materials as needed, and helping maintain a smooth flow throughout the service.
  • Lunch-and-Learn Assistance Teams
    Lunch-and-Learn assistance team members help with participant check-in and lunch distribution at one of the six Lunch-and-Learn locations. Volunteers support hospitality and logistics to ensure a smooth start and that meals are distributed efficiently.
  • Set-Up Crew
    Set-up crew volunteers assist with preparing displays and equipment prior to the Annual Conference. This may include unloading, arranging materials, and ensuring spaces are ready for use.
  • Clean-Up Crew
    Clean-up crew volunteers help break down displays and pack up equipment following the event. Their work supports timely transport and proper storage of conference materials and equipment.
