People Portal Login

The Northern Illinois Conference People Portal allows you to access and review information about you in our Conference database -- both your individual information and (for clergy & church administrator) information about your church(es).

Who can access the People Portal?  Everyone with an email in our database has individual People Portal access.

  • If you have not logged in before, click here for the People Portal Initial Sign-In.  Use your email address that we use for you and hit submit. You will immediately receive an email from “Notifications at Northern Illinois” to set your password.
  • After you have set your username/password, go back to the  People Portal Login and enter your username/password.

What’s in the People Portal?

  • Information about You: Depending on your leadership assignment in your church, you will see links to different things. Everyone can see and edit their own contact information, and any leadership assignments that we show you are currently serving. Clergy are given other links relative to their role as clergy, such as their CEU records, Education history, compensation forms and a Clergy Directory.
    • Review & Update your information as needed (instructions) Please help us keep our records up-to-date by keeping your information current. In addition, we suggest that you review your church's information at least once a year.
If you see any information that needs to be corrected or updated that you are not able to care for yourself, please contact the District Administrators and they will be able to make those changes for you.
  • Information about your Church: Having up-to-date information about our churches is essential to our internal record keeping. It is also important for our Conference website where having the correct address and worship time(s), links to your active social media, as well as correct contact information makes it easier for potential visitors to find you.
    • The Church Dashboard: Depending on your leadership assignment in your church, you may have access to the Church Dashboard. The Church Dashboard allows you to view basic information about your church, your church's leadership assignments, Charge Conference Forms, and to ensure that we have the correct, most up-to-date information in our database and on our website.
Once inside the Church Dashboard, you will be able to view and edit the following information:
      • Church information
      • Leadership Assignments
      • Leaders List (printable)
      • Charge Conference Forms & other reports
    • Review & Update your information as needed (instructions) Please help us keep our records up-to-date by keeping your information current. In addition, we suggest that you review your church's information at least once a year.
If you see any information that needs to be corrected or updated that you are not able to care for yourself, please contact the District Administrators and they will be able to make those changes for you.
  • Charge/Church Conference (CC) Forms: Clergy and church leadership are able to access to the CC forms through the People Portal. For more information about Charge/Church Conference Forms please click here.
