Packets of information and name tags for the Conference will be available for pickup on the morning of Mon., June 9. There will be no onsite registration, only packet pick-up.
Print Materials will have limited distribution as we continue to be good stewards of the environment. The Annual Conference Secretary, Randy Hayes, must preapprove any material to be distributed on the AC floor. Approval can be requested via email or requested to Randy who sits on the table on the dias during a break. Only ushers may distribute materials. Groups may provide handouts at their display tables.
Charging Stations will not be offered this year. Please come with devices charged.
