NIC Delegation Celebrates Amendments Adoption
The NIC delegates to the 2020/2024 General Conference celebrate the ratification of the four constitutional amendments that affirm the UMC as a fully inclusive church.
Mrs. Penelope Logan, surviving spouse of Rev. Omar Logan, deceased member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023. During his ministry, Rev. Logan served Lombard: First (Associate); Elmwood Park; Ottawa: First; Mt. Prospect: Trinity; Aurora: Wesley; and Waukegan: First.
Mrs. Logan was 80 years old.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Balfour Riverfront Park, 1500 Little Raven St., Denver, Colorado, on August 18 at 4:00 p.m.
