Rev. Cynthia Zolk, a retired member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024. During her ministry, she served Aurora: Fourth Street, Wheaton: Gary, Waukegan: New Hope; Franklin Park: First; Rockford: Brooke Road, Harding and Serena.
Rev. Zolk was 78 years old.
The memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 17, at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of La Grange located at 100 W Cossitt Ave. in LaGrange followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall.
