See below for some extra details regarding those who registered on or before April 11.

*You are encouraged to print or download all materials to your personal devices before arriving at Clergy Session.
Other important Clergy Session information:
- Childcare is being offered by Sycamore UMC. If you want to bring your children, please complete the form here. Responses are needed by Thurs., May 18, to staff accordingly. Information regarding services and contact information is included on the Childcare Request Form. Contact Becca Rome, Director of Discipleship at SUMC, becca@sycamoreumc.org, for additional information.
- Please use door entrance #1 (Worship). Because preschool is still in session, all other doors will be locked.
- Parking attendants wearing orange or yellow jackets will guide you to your parking spot. Extra parking spots are available at the High School or on the west side of Johnson Ave.

Due to a technical error, Clergy Session registration was not an option for those who registered on or before April 11. You will need to edit your registration and register for Clergy Session.

How to adjust your registration:
- Access your registration with this link.
- Log in using the email and last name you used to register for annual conference.
- On the second page, select yes will be attending Clergy Session and then choose your lunch selection.
- If you originailly paid via credit card, when you arrive to the 1st payment page, it may appear that you will be charged for the $100 for annual conference, because you paid via credit card. On the FINAL payment page you will see a credit for $100 and the remainder due is the $15 for Clergy Session.
- If you originailly paid via check, choose select pay via check and send in the additional $15 with Clergy Session noted in the memo. Send the check to: NIC UMC, Attn: Nicole/Bri, 303 E Wacker Dr., Suite 2020, Chicago, IL 60601.
If you are registering only for Clergy Session:
- Register as a clergy member
- On the second page, select yes will be attending Clergy Session and then choose your lunch selection.
- When you arrive to the payment page, please select to pay via check. Only send in the $15 with Clergy Session noted in the memo. Send the check to: NIC UMC, Attn: Nicole/Bri, 303 E Wacker Dr., Suite 2020, Chicago, IL 60601.
- Send a note to your District Admin and events@umcnic.org noting you are only attending Clergy Session.
*Active clergy who are not attending Annual Conference need to send their reason for absence in writing to Episcopal Administrative Assistant, Marva Andrews either by e-mail at mandrews@umcnic.org or by postal mail to Northern Illinois Conference, Attn: Marva Andrews, 303 E Wacker Dr, Suite 2020, Chicago, IL 60601
