  • RISK MANAGEMENT AND PROPERTY ISSUES (for trustees and pastors)
  • MAKING DISCIPLES (for pastors, lay leaders, Bible study teachers, etc.)
  • BEST FINANCIAL PRACTICES (for finance committee members and treasurers)
  • HOSPITALITY AFTER THE HOLIDAYS (for greeters, care teams, and pastors)
  • STATISTICAL REPORTS (for church administrators, pastors, and finance members)

8:30 - 9:45 am                    Workshops - Session 1

9:45 - 10:00 am                  Break -  Refreshments - Fellowship Hall

10:00 - 11:00 am               Gathering & Worship - Sanctuary
