The Northern Illinois Conference of The United Methodist Church is seeking qualified candidates for three part-time District Administrative Assistant positions serving the Lake South, Prairie Central, and Prairie South districts.
District Administrative Assistants play a vital role in supporting the conference's ministry and mission by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for district and conference initiatives. Working collaboratively with district leadership, these positions help ensure the effective coordination of projects, communications, meetings, and day-to-day operations that strengthen the work of local churches and communities.
Each district has its own job posting and application. Interested applicants should submit an application for that specific district position.
These positions will be posted internally for individuals connected to the conference from June 12 through June 23, 2026, with external applications accepted from June 19 through June 23, 2026.
