- 5:00 p.m. - * Fellowship of Asian Americans Dinner - at Our Saviour's UMC, 701 E. Schaumburg Rd., Schaumburg.
- 8:30 p.m. - Bishop's Reception - hosted on-site in the Nirvana ballrooms.
All are welcome to greet Bishop Schweerin and Bishop Dyck.
Tuesday, June 18
- 7:00 a.m. - ^ Multi-cultural/Cross-Cultural/Cross-Racial Breakfast - hosted on-site in the Nirvana A room.
- 10:15 a.m. - * Memorial Family Reception - hosted on-site in the Connection room on the hotel side.

- Noon - * Extension Ministries Lunch - hosted on-site in the Nirvana A room.
