Rev. Seymour D. Halford, a retired member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. During his ministry in Northern Illinois Conference, he served Chicago: Ashburn; Markham Community; Chicago: Epworth; Dixon: Grace; and Batavia.
Rev. Halford was 88 years of age.
