Almost 200 March for Justice for Immigrants
About 150 Northern Illinois United Methodists marched to demonstrate their support of justice for immigrants on June 15, near the Schaumburg Renaissance Convention Center.
Rev. Kirk C. Scott, retired local pastor of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023. During his ministry he served Millington United Methodist Church.
Rev. Scott was 75 years old.
A memorial service will be held at Wheatland Salem United Methodist Church, 1852 95th Street, Naperville, IL, on July 18 at 1:30 p.m.
