Sympathy Notice: Rev. Eugene L. Carter

Rev. Eugene L . Carter, retired member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023.  During his ministry he served Elmhurst; Crete; Libertyville: First; Elgin: First; and Ingleside.

Rev.  Carter was 94 years old.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 3 p.m. at Journey of Hope United Methodist Church, 37W040 Highland Avenue, Elgin, IL 60124. Visitation will be held at 2 p.m.  at the church.
