Rev. Douglas Williams, clergy member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. During his ministry in Northern Illinois Conference, he served Harmon-Eldena, Normal: First; Earlville, Pierce: Community, Ottawa Evangelical, Rockford: Aldersgate, and Barrington: Salem.
He was 62 years old.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 am on July 13, 2019, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 4055 N. Rockton Ave., Rockford, IL 61103.
Clergy are invited to robe in white and sit together in honor of Doug’s ministry among us. Please arrive by 10:15 and meet across the hall from the pastor’s office.
