Rev. Berty C Hakeem, retired member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023. During his ministry he served LaSalle: Grace; Elmhurst: First; and Dixon: First.

Rev. Hakeem was 87 years old.

Memorial service will be held later this year.
