Almost 200 March for Justice for Immigrants
About 150 Northern Illinois United Methodists marched to demonstrate their support of justice for immigrants on June 15, near the Schaumburg Renaissance Convention Center.
Rev. Allen R. Campbell, retired member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023. During his ministry he served Grace: Elgin; Peotone; Rochelle; and Marengo.
Rev. Campbell was 85 years old.
His service is scheduled for Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. at Sterling Wesley United Methodist Church, 2200 16th Ave., Sterling, IL. The visitation will take place at 10 a.m. at the church.
