Mrs. Paula Svendsen, spouse of retired member Rev. Kent Svendsen of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022, at age 71. During his ministry, Kent served Harmon, Carpentersville: Trinity, Plattville, Reynolds, Forreston: First, Plano, and Mendota: First.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 29 at 6:00 pm at the Church of the Nazarene located at 1292 Morris Rd., Marseilles, IL.
A second service will be held at the Ironwood Center on the Vermilion, 359 N 35th Rd., LaSalle IL 61301 on Sunday, July 10 at 2 pm with visitation to follow from 3-5 pm.
