Mr. Stephen E. Starwalt, spouse of Rev. Joy E. Starwalt, member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away August 6, 2023. During her ministry she served Belvidere: First, and Marengo. Since 2009, Joy has served churches in the Illinois Great Rivers Conference and most recently has been appointed to extension ministry at Lincolnland Hospice in Mattoon, Ill.
Mr. Starwalt was 70 years old.
