Mrs. Eleanor Mulligan surviving spouse of Rev. Robert Mulligan (former NIC member, transferred to Central Illinois) passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017. Rev. Mulligan served in the NIC from 1939 into the 1970s before transferring to Central Illinois. He was the Rockford District Superintendent from 1956-1961.
