NIC Delegation Celebrates Amendments Adoption
The NIC delegates to the 2020/2024 General Conference celebrate the ratification of the four constitutional amendments that affirm the UMC as a fully inclusive church.
Carol Lynn Kingery, spouse of Rev. Thomas Kingery retired clergy member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019. During Rev. Kingery's ministry, he served Brookville-Elkhorn, Rockford: Harlem, Plano, Galena, Pecatonica, Rockton, and Wilmington: First.
Carol was 63 years old.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 18 at Pecatonica United Methodist Church, 528 Washington St., Pecatonica, IL 61063. Visitation will be held from 9 am - 11 am and the Memorial Ceremony will begin at 11 am with Rev. Mark Gilmore and Chaplain Randy Heinzeroth co-officiating.
