In her new role, Judith will support leadership and ministry across the Northern Illinois Conference. Her responsibilities will include scheduling, communications, travel, events, financial processes, and special projects. She will also collaborate closely with Julie Wiedmeyer, the Executive Administrative Assistant of the Wisconsin Annual Conference, to help ensure the Episcopal Office operates efficiently across both conferences.

Judith brings more than 10 years of experience supporting senior-level executives and CEOs. Her background includes managing complex executive calendars and travel arrangements, overseeing budgets and financial processes, and coordinating high-level meetings, leadership retreats and corporate events at local and national levels. She has served as a liaison between executive leadership, boards and other stakeholders.

Bishop Schwerin said Judith's values and commitment to integrity stood out during the interview process.

“Judith had an excellent interview. I was impressed by our conversation about values and integrity. It did not take us long to see she will bring great values and excellence to this role,” Bishop Schwerin said. “I appreciate her commitment that all persons experience respect and great support from the Episcopal Office.”

“I look forward to assisting the Bishop and the Assistant to the Bishop in any way that promotes a seamless workflow,” Judith said. “I am looking forward to utilizing my gifts and talents in helping with the success and sustainability of the Northern Illinois Conference.”

Outside of work, Judith enjoys reading, taking peaceful walks and volunteering. A former marathoner, she embraces life with gratitude and strives to appreciate every moment.
