Via the Consent Calendar:

  • 640.01 Special Sundays with Offerings 2026. Approved with an editorial amendment on line 33 so the line reads “This fund supports Scouting America, Girl Scouts of the United States of America, Campfire, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America.”
  • 650.02 Discontinuance of Malden UMC. Approved as amended with the editorial changes to the address, “401 W. Main Street,” and the membership to “Princeton.”
  • 650.03 Discontinuance of Franklin Grove UMC. Approved with the following editorial amendments:
    • Line 9, remove “Village of”
    • Line 10, remove “Bureau County”
    • Line 42, remove “Franklin Grove” and replace with “Ashton”
  • 680.01 Benefits Programs. Approved as submitted.
  • 680.02 Minimum Salaries for Full-Time Elders. Approved as submitted.
  • 700.01 Reaffirming our Commitment to Connectionalism in the Northern Illinois Conference. Approved as submitted.
  • 700.02 Who Are Our Neighbors? Standing with our Immigrants, Refugees, and Asylum Seekers Communities. Approved as amended: replace “JFON” with “Immigration Law and Justice Network” on line 17 and line 25.
  • 700.03 Supporting Human Rights Advocacy and the Right to Engage in Nonviolent Actions including Boycotts and Free Speech. Approved as submitted.
  • 700.04 Resolution to Support the Call to Boycott Chevron. Approved as submitted.
  • 700.07 LGBTQIA+ Ministry. Approved as submitted.
  • 702.02 Amend the Standing Rules to separate the Joint Board of Pensions, Health Benefits, and Equitable Compensation. Approved as submitted.

 

During Plenary 4:

  • 700.05 Resistance to Unjust Theologies: Challenging Religious Nationalism. Approved as submitted.
  • 700.06 It’s Time To Divest From Countries Involved in Prolonged Military Occupations. Approved as submitted. 

During Plenary 6:

  • 100 Nominations Report. Approved as submitted.
  • 650.01 CCFA Apportionment Formula. Approved as amended: lines 15-16 should read as follows:  

    Income shall be defined by reference to the Statistical Report. It shall be computed by subtracting the amount on lines 53 and 54b from that on line 55. 
     
  • 600  2026 Operations Budget. Approved as submitted.
  • 650.04 Create a Committee on Creation Care. Approved as submitted.
