In Sympathy: Royal A Speidel

Rev. Royal A Speidel, a retired member of the Northern Illinois Conference passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024.  During his ministry he served Lindenhurst Prairie View; Chicago 1st Temple; and Bolingbrook: Friendship

Rev. Speidel was 87 years old.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024, at First United Methodist in Jefferson City, MO, located 201 Monroe Street from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with his funeral service following at 12:00 p.m. The Reverend Trevor Dancer officiating.

For those who are unable to attend, the services for Rev. Speidel will be livestreamed on the JCFUMC App, Facebook and YouTube channel.

Another visitation will be held Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Friendship United Methodist Church in Bolingbrook, IL. from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. with a funeral service following at 4:00 p.m. The Reverend Anna Shin officiating.
