Mrs. Janice Conner, surviving spouse of the late Rev. Harry W. Conner Jr., passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Rev. Charlotte (Char) Hoffmann, a retired member of the Northern Illinois Conference, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2025. During her ministry, she served Polo: Emmanuel, Evergreen Park: First, River Forest, Villa Park: Calvary, Antioch, and Hebron.
Rev. Hoffmann was 73 years old.
A memorial service will be held on April 17 at 1 p.m. at Good Samaritan United Methodist Church, 960 Army Trail Rd., Addison, IL 60101.
Clergy are invited to robe for the processional.
