Instructions
Clergy Appointed to Congregations
- Submit the 2026 Clergy Profile/Ministry Review in the People Portal.
Staff-Parish Relations Committee
Complete a review for each elder, deacon, local pastor, and district superintendent supply pastor appointed to your church. Deadline May 31, 2026
1. Complete part 1. SPRC answers part 1 without the clergy/pastor present.
- Make the questions in Part 1: Ministry Review available to all SPRC members.
- Collate the answers from all of the worksheets to create a consensus score for each area and offer useful comments
2. Complete part 2. SPRC and clergy/pastor answer part 2 together.
- The clergy/pastor joins the SPRC, where the committee and clergy/pastor share their reflections.
- Together, they complete Part 2: Summary and Goals. They should write a brief summary and determine pastoral strengths, pastoral areas of growth, and congregational/pastoral goals for the coming year.
3. SPRC chairperson submits the review in the People Portal.
