CLERGY/PASTORS: 2026 Clergy Profile/Ministry Review

  • Submit the 2026 Clergy Profile/Ministry Review in the People Portal.

STAFF-PARISH RELATIONS COMMITTEE: 2026 Ministry Review - SPRC

Complete in the People Portal a review for each elder, deacon, local pastor, and district superintendent supply pastor appointed to your church.

Part 1. SPRC answers without the clergy/pastor present.

  • Make the questions in Part 1: Ministry Review available to all SPRC members.
  • Collate the answers from all of the worksheets to create a consensus score for each area and offer useful comments

Part 2. SPRC and clergy/pastor answer together.

  • The clergy/pastor joins the SPRC, where the committee and clergy/pastor share their reflections.
  • Together, they complete Part 2: Summary and Goals. 

SUBMIT. SPRC chairperson submits the review answers in the People Portal.
