The Filipino tradition of Simbang Gabi continues to flourish in the United States, proving that the love for Christmas is deeply rooted in the Filipino heart—whether at home or abroad. More than a series of worship services, Simbang Gabi is a celebration of faith, family, and community, reminding us that the joy of Christmas shines brightest when shared.
For Filipino-Americans, these celebrations are more than liturgical traditions—they are bridges to home, rekindling memories of lantern-lit streets and dawn worship services in the Philippines. We invite everyone, Filipino or not, to experience the warmth of a culture where Christmas is not just a season, but a way of life.
