About 150 Northern Illinois United Methodists marched to demonstrate their support of justice for immigrants on June 15, near the Schaumburg Renaissance Convention Center.

Explore the art of intercessory (public) prayer in this five-session class via Zoom video conferencing. Praying in public can be daunting, but prayer is something one learns. Participants will examine various approaches to public prayer and learn to be more intentional and faithful in leading congregational prayer. The class will provide plenty of opportunities to develop and practice our skills as we learn to fashion careful, creative, beautiful and joyful prayer that will lift others up.
