All are invited to gather to envision God’s call for all of us to be peacemakers for our world today.
Let us gather to reflect together how peace is at the heart of who we are as followers of Jesus.

August 15th this year is the 80th anniversary of Korea’s liberation from colonialism. This date also marked the end of the military actions of World War II and led to independence in many countries in Asia. Peace is still needed in many parts of our world, however.

This event has been generously sponsored by the Korean Association of the Northern Illinois Conference, the Connectional Table of the Northern Illinois Conference, the Asian American Fellowship of the Northern Illinois Conference, the Association of the Korean UMCs in Chicago, and the Association of the Korean United Methodist Church.

For any questions, please contact Rev. Hyo Sun Oh.
