Urban Strategy Congregational Online Self Assessment Chicago Southern and Chicago Northwestern Pastors, Lay Leaders & Church Council Chairs are asked to form a team and to complete the following online survey by May 16, 2014. By completing the online assessment, the information we receive from you will be used to determine the capacity of our Chicagoland churches to engage various Chicago neighborhoods around the four focus areas of the urban strategy.
