The Accessibility Committee has announced Kathy Wellman will continue serving as the Accessibility Coordinator for the 2017 Annual Conference and this year she will be joined by Violet Ricker to ensure all your questions are answered and requests are met.
In order to best serve the needs of those attending, it is strongly encouraged that when completing your registration form you list any special needs or assistance needed.
The team wants to ensure that if you use a wheelchair or have other mobility challenges (including those temporary ones from injuries or surgeries) that you are seated in a location that is convenient. If you have hearing challenges and need to be in line-of-sight to the sign language interpreter, it is important to let us know.
We also ask that if you are going to have guests for a particular part of the event and are aware of any challenges that we can assist with, to let us know ahead of time if possible.
