Harvest 2020

The vision of Harvest 2020 is to plant 100 new faith communities within the Northern Illinois Conference, to grow healthy disciples in local churches, and to promote cooperation through cluster ministries.

New Faith Communities

We are called to plant new communities of faith in new places across Northern Illinois. As our cities, towns and neighborhoods change, we believe that starting new congregations is an important way to reach new people for Jesus Christ.

Cluster Ministries

We believe that by working together with their neighboring congregations, our local  churches can find new opportunities for effective ministry. By cooperating and sharing  resources, churches can do more together than they could on their own.

Healthy Discipleship

Large or small, our churches are important centers for mission and ministry. By following the core principles of healthy discipleship and using proven methods of outreach, all of our congregations can make an even bigger impact in their communities.
