Meals Available at Annual Conference AC Logo

Many groups will be sponsoring meals throughout the Annual Conference. We encourage you to attend as many as you wish to celebrate and learn more about their ministries. Buffet meals will also be available.

There are 3 ways for you to register for meals:

1) On-line when you register for the Annual Conference. This will allow you to pay using a single credit card transaction. However, please note that you will need to pay processing fees for meals. (processing fees for registration, Global Feast, Just Desserts, the Journal, and T-shirts will be paid by the conference)

2) On-line from the link at the bottom of this page. With this option you will need to total up the cost of the meals you select (calculator available at the bottom of the page), and mail your check (made out to the Northern Illinois Conference) to the Annual Conference Registrar, 217 Division St. Elgin, IL 60120.  To ensure that we match your check to the meals you selected on-line, download this form and include it with your payment.

3) Mail in the Meals registration form with your check (made out to the Northern Illinois Conference) to the Annual Conference Registrar, 217 Division St. Elgin, IL 60120.
Meals Registration Form for download. If you are going to do all registration by mail, meals may be ordered on that form. and the separate meals form will not be required.

Within 1/2 mile of Pheasant Run there are many dining establishments. You may also purchase meals at any of the venues within the resort.
