  • On-line registration will be available April 1 - June 12. Sorry, but On-line Registration is  now closed. Please register on-site on Sunday beginning at 12 noon in the St. Charles Ballroom. Additional meal tickets may also be purchased on-site.

  • Be sure to read instructions below before linking to registration.

  • Cost
    • $56 (including fees) March 15 - May 15
    • $61 May 15 - May 31
    • $66 June 1 - June 13 and on-site

  • There are 3 ways for you to register for meals: as of 9 AM Friday, June 11, mail-in and on-line regisstration are closed. Purchase meal tickets on-site at the registration desk.

    1) On-line when you register for the Annual Conference. This will allow you to pay using a single credit card transaction. However, please note that you will need to pay processing fees for meals. (processing fees for registration, Global Feast, Just Desserts, the Journal, and T-shirts will be paid by the conference)

    2) On-line from the link at the bottom of the meals page. With this option you will need to total up the cost of the meals you select (calculator available at the bottom of the page), and mail your check (made out to the Northern Illinois Conference) to the Annual Conference Registrar, 217 Division St. Elgin, IL 60120.  To ensure that we match your check to the meals you selected on-line, please download the form on the meals page and include it with your payment.

    3) Mail in the Meals registration form (found on the meals page). If you are opting to mail in all of your registration, meals are included on the form available at the bottom of this page. Mail the form with your check (made out to the Northern Illinois Conference) to the Annual Conference Registrar, 217 Division St. Elgin, IL 60120.

  • You will also be able to order the following during registration:
- Youth Day / Youth Rally T-Shirts for opening day ($12)
  proceeds designated for the children of Haiti
  (T-shirts will be distributed when you Register at Pheasant Run)
- Pre-order hard copies of the 2010 Journal ($25)
- Register for Childcare
   ($30/day/child with Max of $60/day/family) To be paid by check to:  Outdoor and Retreat Ministries, 200 Stam St., Williams Bay, WI 53191


  • You may pay for everything with a Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express) when you register on-line, or send a check, payable to the Northern Illinois Conference, to the Program Office, 217 Division St. Elgin, IL. 60120.

  • Pre-conference materials will be available for download here beginning April 7. If you cannot download or print the materials at home, please ask your Church Office to print you a copy. If your Church Office is unable to assist you, ask your District/Regional Office for assistance. There will be three types of downloadable materials: Legislation, Historical Reports, and Advertising.
